Maptitude has achieved the highest GIS Relationship and Small Business GIS Relationship scores based on the responses of real users for each of the relationship related questions featured in the G2 Crowd review form. The Maptitude relationship ratings were highlighted by "Quality of Support" which scored 91%, and by "Ease of Doing Business With" which scored 94%, compared to the category average of 85%.
Maptitude has also achieved the second highest usability score for GIS software based on the responses of real users for each of the usability related questions featured in the G2 Crowd review form. The Maptitude usability ratings were highlighted by "Ease of Use" which scored 83%, and "Ease of Admin" which scored 86%, compared to the category average of 84% .
